Administrative Board - Mission

The Administrative Board of the HLRN decides on common matters of fundamental importance. These are in particular

• expansion, investment and measure planning as well as their financing,
• determination of the distribution of energy and maintenance costs among the participating countries
• determination of the budget and proof of the use of funds,
• task and redefinition of sites,
• guidelines for project funding,
• guidelines for computer use,
• issue of a schedule of fees.

The decisions of the Administrative Board are prepared by the Standing Committees. The Standing Committees are the Scientific Board and the Technical Commission.
