The Technical Commission is one of the permanent HLRN committees established by the Administrative Board. It provides advice to the Administrative Board with respect to technical questions. These include all aspects of the conceptional design and selection criteria for the HLRN systems and range to general operational parameters and access concepts from the scientific network. The Technical Commission coordinates the scientific consulting within the HLRN network of expertise and professional training in the field of scientific compution.
